摘 要:为有效减少废旧动力电池所造成的污染,同时为了实现动力电池回收闭环供应链的效益最大化,以废旧动力电池回收利用为基础,第三方综合利用企业为回收主体,构建了动力电池回收方式的系统动力学模型,分别考虑废旧动力电池以租赁、售卖的方式进行梯次利用和以拆解方式提取贵金属,通过比较逆向回收供应链的整体利润,确定利润最大化时最优的回收方式。研究表明,当废旧动力电池选择售卖方式进行梯次利用时,整体利润最大,经济效益最优。In this paper, in order to effectively reduce the pollution caused by waste power batteries, and at the same time to maximize the economic benefits of the closed-loop power battery recycling supply chain, and with the third-party comprehensive utilization enterprise as the main recycling body, we used the system dynamics method to construct the power battery recycling model, respectively considered the scenarios where the waste power batteries are subject to cascade utilization by leasing or selling, and where they are taken apart to extract precious metals, and, by comparing the overall profit of the supply chain under the two scenarios, determined the optimal recycling method for maximized profit. The research shows that when the waste power batteries are put up for cascade utilization through selling, the overall profit and economic benefit of the supply chain is the maximal.
