摘 要:通过对某汽车零部件配送物流应用场景及载具特征的分析,在不改变企业现有运营模式和载具规格标准的情况下,提出了货物单元在输送、搬运、定位及存储环节的解决方案。并根据企业常用载具作为货物单元化的特殊要求,利用三维图像识别、堆垛机可变距货叉、穿梭车集中调度搬运等多项技术,实现了多类型载具单元在智能化仓储、自动化输送及工序流程方面的一贯化作业,使物流系统具有柔性,具备较高的流转效率,符合自动化物流系统的运行需求。Through the analysis of the logistics application scenarios and vehicle characteristics of an auto parts distribution system,and while maintaining the existing operation mode and vehicle specifications and standards of the enterprise, this paper proposed the logistics solution for the cargo unit in the transportation, handling, positioning and storage links. Next, with the commonly used carrier of the enterprise as the special requirement for cargo unitization, it used a series of technologies including three-dimensional image recognition, variabledistance stacker fork, and centralized shuttle vehicle scheduling, etc. to realize the uniform utilization of a multi-type carrier unit in intelligent warehousing, automated storage and processing, etc., with the intention to make the logistics system more flexible, more efficient,and more in line with the operation requirements of the automatic logistics system.
