摘　　要：学术成果是教科研内容的结果转化,具有种类多、字段多、图像文件多且结构关系复杂的问题。文章基于高校院系教师学术成果管理现状,建设基于Web的在线学术成果管理系统,构建规范的高校院系层面的学术成果管理体系,并实现教师学术成果的个性化展示。学术成果管理系统推动了学术成果在高校院系中的共享与传播,促进了学术成果的转化和使用,满足了高校院系教科研快速发展的需要。Academic achievement is the result transformation of teaching and scientific research content,which has the problems of many kinds,many fields,many image files and complex structural relationship.Based on the current situation of academic achievement management of college and department teachers,this paper constructs an online academic achievement management system based on Web,constructs a standardized academic achievement management system at the college and department level,and realizes the personalized display of teachers’academic achievements.The academic achievement management system promotes the sharing and dissemination of academic achievements in colleges and departments,promotes the transformation and using of academic achievements,and meets the needs of the rapid development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and departments.
