摘　　要：目的分析北京地坛医院收治的泌尿系结石患者的结石成分,为北京地坛医院周边患者的泌尿系结石防治提供临床参考。方法回顾性分析北京地坛医院2017年1月1日-2020年12月31日收治的泌尿系结石患者资料,通过红外光谱法对符合纳入标准患者的结石进行成分分析。比较患者的发病年龄、结石成分类别以及结石成分在不同性别、不同侧别之间的分布差异。结果共有452例泌尿系结石标本,其中30~59岁的青壮年较多有324例(71.68%);结石患者中男性333例,女性119例,男女比例2.80∶1;男女患者的泌尿系结石成分均以草酸钙为主,含有草酸钙、碳酸磷灰石、无水尿酸和羟基磷灰石成分的结石患者在男女患者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论北京地坛医院周边泌尿系结石患者中,青壮年泌尿系结石发生率高,男性明显多于女性,结石成分均以草酸钙为主,结石成分与性别无关联。Objective To analyze the component of urinary calculi so as to provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment.Methods The clinical data of patients with urinary calculi admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital during Jan.1,2017 and Dec.31,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The component of calculi was analyzed with infrared spectroscopy.The age of onset,classification and distribution of calculi were analyzed.Results A total of 452 cases of were collected,including 324 young cases aged from 30 to 59 years(71.68%).There were 333 males and 119 females,with a male-to-female ratio of 2.80∶1.The stone composition was mainly calcium oxalate,and there was no statistical significance between male and female patients in calculi containing calcium oxalate,carbonate apatite,anhydrous uric acid and hydroxyapatite(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with urinary calculi treated in Beijing Ditan Hospital,the incidence is higher in young and middle-aged men than in women.Calcium oxalate is the main component,and there is no correlation between urinary calculi and gender.
