摘 要:为明确黑龙江省水稻常见病害病原菌对常用杀菌剂的敏感性,选择不同药剂为精准防病提供指导。采用生长速率法测定了6种常用杀菌剂对水稻胡麻叶斑病菌、稻瘟病菌及水稻弯孢叶斑病菌的毒力,旨在探索一药兼防多种水稻病害的应用潜力。实验结果表明,对稻瘟病菌及水稻胡麻叶斑病菌抑制效果最好的药剂均为45%咪鲜胺,对水稻弯孢叶斑病菌抑制效果最好的药剂为12.5%烯唑醇。45%咪鲜胺、43%戊唑醇、12.5%烯唑醇和10%苯醚·甲环唑4种杀菌剂对3种病原菌的毒力效果较好,其EC50值均低于1.0 mg·L^(-1);25%氰烯菌酯对3种病原菌的抑制作用均相对较差,其EC50值均大于2.0 mg·L^(-1);45%咪鲜胺、43%戊唑醇、12.5%烯唑醇和10%苯醚甲环唑对3种病菌菌丝抑制效果较好,可为田间同时防治3种病害提供实验基础,25%氰烯菌酯对3种病原菌的毒力效果相对较差。In order to explore the sensitivity differences of common diseases pathogens of rice in Heilongjiang province,selected different fungicides toprovide guidance for precise disease prevention.The toxicity measurement effects of six common fungicides by the growth rate method on Bipolaris oryzae,Magnaporthe oryzae and Curvularia muehlenbeckiae in Heilongjiang province,to explore a new approach to prevent and control of rice diseases by the same fungicide in Heilongjiang province.The experimental results showed that the agent with the best inhibitory effect on M.oryzae and B.oryzae is 45% prochloraz,and the agent with the best inhibitory effect on C.muehlenbeckiae was 12.5% diniconazole.The EC50 values of 4 fungicides were all lower than 1.0 mg·L^(-1),which were 45% prochloraz,43% tebuconazole,12.5%diniconazole and 10% difenoconazole;the inhibition effect of 25% Phenamacril against 3 pathogens’EC50 values were more than 2.0 mg·L^(-1).45% prochloraz,43% tebuconazole,12.5%diniconazole and 10% difenoconazole had good inhibitory effects on these 3 kinds of pathogens,and the 3 pathogens were not sensitive to 25% Phenamacril.
