摘 要:目的:分析应用3D打印成像技术个体定制支气管封堵器治疗支气管胸膜瘘(BPF)的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月广州市胸科医院诊治的60例BPF患者进行研究。将上述60例患者采用简单随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用房间隔封堵器治疗,观察组采用3D打印成像技术个体定制支气管封堵器治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术操作时间、治疗1周后血液感染指标水平及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的手术操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1周后血液感染水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用3D打印成像技术个体定制支气管封堵器治疗BPF患者的临床疗效显著,可显著缩短手术操作时间,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of individual customized bronchial blocker using 3D printing imaging technology in the treatment of bronchopleural fistula(BPF). Methods: Sixty patients with BPF treated in Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for study. The above 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interatrial septal blocker, and the observation group was treated with individual customized bronchial blocker using 3D printing imaging technology. The clinical efficacy,operation time, blood infection indexes after 1 week of treatment, and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of blood infection between the two groups after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of individual customized bronchial blocker using 3D printing imaging technology in the treatment of BPF patients has significant clinical efficacy, which can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
