莫西沙星治疗成人支原体肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析莫西沙星治疗成人支原体肺炎对患者临床症状的改善情况。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年2月在岳阳市中医医院治疗的92例成人支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照用药方式的差异分为两组,各46例。对照组应用阿奇霉素进行治疗,研究组应用莫西沙星治疗,针对两组疗效、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间进行比较。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在退热时间、咳嗽消失时间与肺部啰音消失时间指标上都优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人支原体肺炎的治疗药物多种多样,不同药物的效果与安全性不同。与阿奇霉素相比,莫西沙星在体温控制、炎症吸收上具有显著优势,患者的耐受性好、安全系数高,值得将其作为成人支原体肺炎的首选药物。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of moxifloxacin in the treatment of adult mycoplasma pneumonia on improving the clinical symptoms of patients. Methods: A total of 92 adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia who were admitted to Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects. According to the difference in medication, these patients were divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin, and the study group was treated with moxifloxacin. The curative effect,antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, and lung rale disappearance time in the two groups were compared. Results: The effective treatment rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, and lung rale disappearance time in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are various drugs for treating adult mycoplasma pneumonia. Different drugs have different effects and safeties. Compared with azithromycin, moxifloxacin has significant advantages in body temperature control and inflammation absorption, and it is well tolerated and highly safe. It is worthy of being the preferred drug for adult mycoplasma pneumonia.
