摘 要:目的:了解2011-2020年清城区洲心街道流动人口蛔虫感染流行特征。方法:收集2011-2020年清城区洲心街道社区卫生服务中心流动人口蛔虫感染病例数据,回顾性分析其感染流行特征。结果:地区情况为户籍人口感染率低于流动人口;性别因素为男性检出蛔虫感染率高于女性;年龄因素为3~10岁蛔虫感染率最高;51~60岁组最低;职业情况为学生感染率最高,经商感染率最低;收入情况为收入≥5 000(元)人群感染率最低,收入1 000~2 999(元)人群最高;文化程度组情况为小学及以下蛔虫感染率最高,大专及以上蛔虫感染率最低。以上蛔虫感染情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2011-2020年清城区洲心街道流动人口蛔虫感染率各年间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.90,P=0.19)。经线性趋势分析流动人口蛔虫感染率流行状况呈平稳下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(线性趋势χ^(2)=5.68,P<0.05)。结论:提高流动人口感染预防意识,广泛开展宣传并培养良好的行为习惯,可降低蛔虫感染发生率。Objective: To understand the epidemic characteristics of roundworm infection among floating population in Zhouxin Subdistrict of Qingcheng District from 2011 to 2020. Methods: The data of roundworm infection cases in the floating population of the Zhouxin Subdistrict Community Health Service Center in Qingcheng District from 2011 to 2020 were collected, and the epidemic characteristics of the infection were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The regional situation: the infection rate of the registered population was lower than that of the floating population;the gender factor: the detection rate of roundworm infection in males was higher than that in females;the age factor: the roundworm infection rate of 3-10 years old was the highest;and that of the 51-60 years old was the lowest;the occupation situation: the infection was the highest in students and the lowest in businessman;the income situation: the income of ≥ 5 000(yuan) group had the lowest infection rate, and the income of 1000-2999(yuan) group had the highest rate;the education level: primary school and below group had the highest infection rate, and college and above group had the lowest infection rate. The above roundworm infections were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). From 2011 to 2020, there was no significant difference in the roundworm infection rate among floating population in Zhouxin Subdistrict of Qingcheng District between years(χ^(2)=6.90, P=0.19). According to the linear trend analysis, the prevalence of roundworm infection in the floating population showed a steady downward trend, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.68 linear trend, P<0.05). Conclusion: Increasing the awareness of infection prevention among the floating population, widening publicity and cultivating good behaviors can reduce the incidence of roundworm infection.
