摘　　要：目的:分析腾州市农村医养结合养老机构专职人员配置现状。方法:使用自制《农村医养结合养老机构现状》调查表,通过访谈的形式,对滕州市5家农村医养结合养老机构设施、设配及专职人员配比现状进行横断面调查。结果:5家农村医养结合养老机构硬件设施符合国家有关要求,均存在专职人员不足、流动性大等问题。结论:农村医养结合养老机构普遍存在各类专职人员不足,护理管理质量低,缺乏有关行政部门的有效监管。Objective: To analyze the current situation of full-time staff ratio in rural medical care and elderly care institutions in Tengzhou City. Methods: Using the self-made questionnaire of "Current Situation of Rural Medical Care and Elderly Care Institutions", through interviews, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on the current situation of facilities, equipment and fulltime staff ratio of five rural medical care and elderly care institutions in Tengzhou city. Results: The hardware facilities of the five rural medical care and elderly care institutions met the relevant national requirements;all institutions had problems such as insufficient full-time staff and large mobility. Conclusion: Rural medical care and elderly care institutions are generally lack of various types of full-time staff, the quality of nursing management is low, and there is a lack of effective supervision by relevant administrative departments.
