摘　　要：目的:分析缺血性脑卒中病人生存质量的影响因素,探讨其与日常生活自理能力的相关性。方法:采取方便抽样法选择2020年9月—2020年12月陕西省人民医院神经内科121例住院病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale,SS-QOL)、Barthel指数评定量表(BI)进行调查。结果:主要照顾者、吸烟、生活不规律、人均月收入、合并症数量是缺血性脑卒中病人生存质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05);缺血性脑卒中病人自理能力与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.620,P<0.01)。结论:医护人员应重视主要照顾者是家属、吸烟、生活不规律、人均收入低、合并症多的病人,促进自理能力康复,提升病人生活质量。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke,and to explore its correlation with daily living self-care ability.Methods:A total of 121 inpatients in the Department of Neurology,Shaanxi Provincial People′s Hospital from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),and Barthel Index(BI) were used for the investigation.Results:The primary caregiver,smoking,irregular life,per capita monthly income,and the number of comorbidities were the main factors influencing the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).The self-care ability in patients with ischemic stroke was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.620,P<0.01).Conclusions:Medical staff should pay more attention to patients whose main caregivers are family members,smokers,irregular life,low per capita income,and many comorbidities,so as to promote the recovery of self-care ability and improve the quality of life in patients.
