摘　　要：阐述家庭照顾者、照顾者负担的概念,白血病患儿家庭照顾者负担影响因素、干预研究现状。指出目前的干预形式过于单一,提示照顾者根据白血病患儿家庭照顾者的现状,在今后的研究中采用网络和多学科及社会支持为一体的干预形式,以有效改善白血病患儿及家庭照顾者的生活质量,减轻照顾负担。The concepts of family caregivers and caregiver burden are expounded.The research status quo of influencing factors and intervention of family caregiver burden of children with leukemia are reviewed.It is pointed out that the current intervention form is too single.It is suggested that according to the current situation of family caregivers of children with leukemia,the network,multidisciplinary and social support should be adopted in future research,so as to effectively improve the quality of life of children with leukemia and family caregivers,and reduce the caregiver burden.
