黄体酮栓与黄体酮软胶囊在冻融胚胎移植激素替代周期的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 比较冻融胚胎移植激素替代周期中阴道用黄体酮栓与黄体酮软胶囊作为黄体支持的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年6月期间本院行冻融胚胎移植激素替代周期患者的临床资料,按使用黄体酮栓或黄体酮软胶囊分为2组,比较临床结局。结果 共纳入587例患者,黄体酮栓组263例,黄体酮软胶囊组324例,2组临床妊娠率分别为55.9%(147/263)和53.1%(172/324),组间比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)阳性率、早期流产率、异位妊娠率组间比较亦无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论 冻融胚胎移植激素替代周期中,阴道用黄体酮栓作为黄体支持的临床效果与软胶囊相同,可应用于胚胎移植术后的黄体支持。AIM To compare the clinical efficacy of vaginal progesterone suppositories and progesterone soft capsules in hormone replacement cycles of frozen-thawed embryo transfer. METHODS The clinical data of patients undergoing hormone replacement cycle of frozen-thawed embryo transfer from January 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the use of progesterone suppositories or progesterone soft capsules,and the clinical outcomes were compared. RESULTS A total of 587 patients were included, including 263patients in the progesterone suppository group and 324 patients in the progesterone soft capsule group. The clinical pregnancy rates of the two groups were 55.9%(147/263) and 53.1%(172/324), respectively, and there was no significant difference between them(P > 0.05). There were also no significant differences in the positive rate of human chorionic gonadotropin,early abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups(P > 0.05). CONCLUSION In the hormone replacement cycles of frozen-thawed embryo transfer, the clinical effect of progesterone suppositories as luteal support is the same as that of soft capsules, and it can be used for luteal support after embryo transfer.
