吕氏八步排乳法辅以铁箍膏治疗哺乳期乳汁淤积性乳腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察分析哺乳期乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者采用吕氏八步排乳法联合铁箍膏治疗的临床效果。方法 选择201例哺乳期乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者,运用随机数字表法分为中医手法排乳组(吕氏八步排乳法)、中药外敷组(局部外敷铁箍膏)、联合组(中医手法排乳联合铁箍膏外敷),各67例。观察对比分析3组临床通乳效果、乳房肿胀硬度评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、乳汁分泌量。结果 联合组通乳效果明显高于中医手法排乳组、中药外敷组(P <0.05);联合组乳房肿胀硬度评分、VAS评分均显著低于中医手法排乳组、中药外敷组(P <0.05);联合组治疗后乳汁分泌量明显多于中医手法排乳组、中药外敷组(P <0.05)。结论 哺乳期乳汁淤积性乳腺炎患者实施吕氏八步排乳法治疗同时加用铁箍膏,能够进一步提高通乳效果,增加乳汁分泌量,减轻乳房局部肿胀、疼痛程度。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Lyu′s eight steps milk drainage method combined with Tiegu Ointment in the treatment of milk stasis mastitis during lactation.Methods:201 patients with milk stasis mastitis during lactation in our hospital were included.They were divided into traditional Chinese medicine manual milk drainage group(Lyu′s eight steps milk drainage method),traditional Chinese medicine external application group(local external application of Tiegu Ointment)and combined group(traditional Chinese medicine milk drainage combined with Tiegu Ointment),67 cases in each group.The clinical effect,breast swelling hardness score,VAS pain score and milk secretion of the three groups were observed and compared.Results:The effect of the combined group was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine milk drainage group and traditional Chinese medicine external application group(P < 0.05);the hardness score of breast swelling and VAS pain score in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the amount of milk secretion in the combined group was significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Lyu′s eight steps milk drainage method combined with Tiegu Ointment in treating patients with milk stasis mastitis during lactation can further promote lactation,increase the amount of milk secretion and reduce the degree of breast swelling and pain,which is worthy of wide popularization in modern clinical practice.
