清肺健脾法提前干预季节性变应性鼻炎的随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的 评价清肺健脾法提前干预季节性变应性鼻炎的效果。方法 将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组在花粉季开始前2周应用清肺健脾脱敏方,对照组不予干预,花粉季两组正常治疗,受试者每2周采集症状评分、鼻结膜炎生活质量量表(RQLQ)、中医证候评分,进行3次树木花粉特异性IgE测定。结果两组症状评分、RQLQ在入组2周、4周、6周时有显著差异(P <0.05);两组中医证候评分在2周、4周时有显著差异(P <0.05);两组血清特异性IgE在2周时有显著差异(P <0.05)。治疗组均优于对照组。结论 提前2周应用清肺健脾法汤药治疗肺热脾湿证候季节性变应性鼻炎,能降低发病时血清花粉特异性IgE,改善发病及高峰时中医证候,改善受试者全花粉季的症状、生活质量。清肺健脾法提前干预肺热脾湿证候季节性变应性鼻炎优于发病时干预,效果良好。Objective:To evaluate the effect of clearing lung and invigorating spleen on seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with clearing lung and invigorating spleen prescription 2 weeks before the start of pollen season,while the control group was not interfered.The two groups were treated with clearing lung and invigorating spleen prescription during pollen season.The symptom score,Rhconjunctivitis Quality of Life Scale(RQLQ)and TCM syndrome score were collected every 2 weeks,and the specific IgE of tree pollen was determined for 3 times.Results:There were significant differences in symptom score and RQLQ between the two groups at 2,4 and 6weeks(P < 0.05);there was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks(P < 0.05);there was significant difference in serum specific IgE between the two groups at 2 weeksc(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis by clearing lung and invigorating spleen decoction 2weeks in advance can reduce the serum pollen-specific IgE at the onset,improve the TCM syndromes at the onset and peak,and improve the symptoms and life quality during the whole pollen season.This method is better than the intervention at the onset of seasonal allergic rhinitis with lung heat and spleen dampness syndrome.
