川芎消肿止痛膏联合活血止痛汤加减治疗骨伤肿痛(气滞血瘀证)的有效性及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的 观察川芎消肿止痛膏联合活血止痛汤加减对骨伤肿痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组予川芎消肿止痛膏联合活血止痛汤加减口服。观察两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组肿胀消失时间及疼痛消失时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组肿胀程度显著低于对照组(P <0.05);对照组与观察组不良反应发生率分别为7.89%、10.53%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 川芎消肿止痛膏联合活血止痛汤可有效促进骨伤患者消肿,减轻患者疼痛不适,皮肤过敏反应少,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of swelling and pain caused by common bone injuries.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the disappearance time of swelling and pain of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the degree of swelling of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were 7.89% and 10.53%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Chuanxiong Xiaozhong Zhitong Ointment combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction can effectively promote the detumescence of bone injury patients,reduce pain and discomfort,with less skin allergic reaction and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
