安宫牛黄丸源流考析

摘　　要：安宫牛黄丸是中医治疗热闭急症的“凉开三宝”之一,是中医经典的丸药代表。现代文献资料研究发现,安宫牛黄丸的临床运用范围宽泛。但关于安宫牛黄丸的源流及历史沿革尚待梳理与明确。本文通过查阅及分析相关文献,论证安宫牛黄丸的祖方始于明代万全《痘疹世医心法》中所载的牛黄清心丸,并非《太平惠民和剂局方》中的牛黄清心丸,清代叶天士在万氏之法上有所增补,最终吴鞠通继承叶氏思想,成方定于《温病条辨》。Angong Niuhuang Pill is one of the "three treasures of antipyretic preparations" in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of heat closure emergency,and it is a representative of traditional Chinese medicine pills.Modern literature research found that the clinical application of Angong Niuhuang Pill is wide,from clinical general disease to critical disease,and the curative effect is pleasing.However,the origin and history of Angong Niuhuang Pill needs to be clarified.Through the review and analysis of related literature,this paper demonstrates that Angong Niuhuang Pill has evolved on the foundation of Niuhuang Qingxin Pill,which was recorded in the Douzhen Shijia Xiu Fa in the Ming dynasty by Wan Quan,instead of Taiping Huiming Heji Ju Fang.In the Qing Dynasty,Ye Tianshi supplemented Wan′s method,and finally Wu Jutong inherited Ye′s thought and the prescription was set in Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Seasonal Febritle Diseases.
