摘 要:神经发育障碍普遍存在于自闭症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)中,尤其是运动障碍。运动障碍可能导致社交沟通异常,也是ASD非典型发展的第一个标志。ASD运动功能的测量有助于鉴别ASD的特殊运动损伤、可能的潜在神经机制以及运动功能与其他领域的关系。通过梳理ASD动作功能的测评方法、神经诊断措施以及运动干预已有研究,可为ASD早期诊断、临床分层以及干预运动处方的开发与制订提供理论依据。在此基础上,指明多学科、多途径、全方位的交叉综合研究是当今特殊儿童动作技能测评与发展研究的未来趋势,这对实现儿童运动发育异常的早期干预和康复有积极意义。Neurodevelopmental disorders are commonly found in Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD),especially motor impairments.Motor impairments may be the first sign of atypical development in ASD and likely contributes to abnormalities in social communication impairments.The measurement of ASD motor function is helpful to identify the special sports injuries of ASD.the potential neural mechanisms that may be involved,and the relationship between motor function and other fields.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of ASD,clinical stratification,and the development and formulation of interventional sports prescriptions by combing existing evaluation methods of ASD motor function assessment,neurodiagnostic measures,and exercise interventions.Moreover,it is pointed out that multidisciplinary,multi-channel,and comprehensive cross-cutting comprehensive research is the future trend of special children’s motor skills assessment and development research,which has positive significance for early intervention and rehabilitation of children’s motor developmental abnormalities.
