摘  要:目的:分析7种强度分界值和6种采样间隔(42种组合)对学龄前儿童身体活动水平的影响,探究适用于我国学龄前儿童身体活动(physical activity,PA)的组合测量方案。方法:以360名学龄前儿童为研究对象,采用重复测量方差分析和频数分析等探究42种组合条件下静坐行为(sedentary behavior,SB)、低强度身体活动(light physical activity,LPA)、中高强度身体活动(moderate-to-vigorous physical activity,MVPA)和总身体活动(the total of physical activity,TPA)的差异及身体活动推荐量的满足程度。结果:1)同一强度分界值(切点)条件下,以1 s采样间隔为参照,SB、MVPA基本均随着身体活动采样间隔的增加而减少(P<0.001),相反,LPA和TPA基本均随着采样间隔的增加而增加(P<0.001);2)同一采样间隔条件下,7种切点测量的不同强度PA和SB基本均存在显著性差异(P<0.001,η^(2)=0.81~0.97);3)随着采样间隔的增加,不同切点评估的MVPA最大值和最小值之差即极差逐渐变小,而SB、LPA和TPA极差却逐渐变大;4)MVPA推荐量满足情况随着采样间隔变长而下降,TPA推荐量满足情况随着采样间隔变长而上升。结论:不同强度分界值和采样间隔会显著影响基于ActiGraph加速度计测量的学龄前儿童身体活动水平,建议当前国内研究选择Buttle切点和15 s的采样间隔。Objective:To analyze the effects of 7 intensity cutoff values and 6 sampling intervals(42 combinations)on the physical activity level of preschool children,and to explore the combined measurement scheme suitable for physical activity of preschool children in China.Methods:Participants were 360 preschool children,the differences of sedentary behavior(SB),light physical activity(LPA),moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)and the total of physical activity(TPA)and the satisfaction of the recommended amount of physical activity under 42 combined conditions were investigated by repeated measures analysis of variance and frequency analysis.Results:1)Under the condition of the same intensity cut-off value(cut point),with the 1 s sampling interval as the reference,SB and MVPA basically decrease with the increase of the physical activity sampling interval(P<0.001),on the contrary,LPA and TPA basically increase with the increase of the sampling interval(P<0.001);2)under the same sampling interval,the PA and SB with different intensities measured by 7 kinds of tangent points are basically significantly different(P<0.001,η^(2)=0.81~0.97);3)with the sampling interval increases,the difference between the maximum and minimum values of MVPA evaluated by different cut points gradually decreases,while the range of SB,LPA,and TPA gradually increases;4)the satisfaction of MVPA recommendation decreases as the sampling interval becomes longer,and the satisfaction of TPA recommendation increases as the sampling interval becomes longer.Inclusions:Different intensity cutoff values and sampling intervals can significantly affect the level of physical activity of preschool children measured by ActiGraph accelerometer.It is recommended that current domestic scholars choose Buttle cut point and 15 s sampling interval.
