摘  要:目的:通过测试绝经女性12周中等强度有氧运动干预过程中内皮依赖性血流介导的舒张(endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilatation,FMD)、血流动力学以及内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)数量和功能的改变,分析有氧运动对绝经女性血管内皮功能以及循环EPCs的数量和功能的影响,以探讨有氧运动对EPCs和内皮功能的影响以及二者间的关系。方法:筛选30名健康绝经女性,随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组进行有氧匀速慢跑干预12周,每周5天,每天50 min,运动靶心率为(HRmax-HRrest)×40%+HRrest,对照组不采取运动干预。每隔4周检测所有受试者FMD、血流动力学和循环EPCs数量,检测干预前后EPCs增殖和迁移能力。结果:12周有氧运动干预后,运动组FMD(8.3%±1.4%)显著高于干预前(7.2%±1.6%),组间无显著差异,血流动力学指标包括收缩期峰值血流速度、阻力指数、波动指数和血流剪切力明显改善,运动组显著优于对照组。运动组循环EPCs数量(0.038%±0.015%)显著高于干预前(0.023%±0.016%),运动组显著优于对照组。运动组EPCs增殖(干预前0.32±0.08,干预后0.51±0.12)和迁移(干预前10±2,干预后16±4)能力显著增强。Pearson相关分析显示FMD变化和EPCs数量的变化无显著相关关系(r=0.198,P=0.498)。结论:12周中等强度有氧运动改善绝经女性血管内皮功能,改善血流动力学各指标,提高循环EPCs基础水平,提高EPCs增殖和迁移能力。Objective:To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)and vascular endothelial function and the relationship between EPCs and vascular endothelial function,this study analyzed the influence of 12 weeks of moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention on endothelium-dependent flow-mediated dilatation(FMD),hemodynamics and the number and function of circulating EPCs of postmenopausal women.Methods:Thirty healthy postmenopausal women were randomly divided into exercise group and control group.Subjects of exercise group underwent 12 weeks of moderate intensity aerobic exercise test(50 min/day for 5 days/week),the target heart rate was(HR;-HR;)×40%+HR;.Control group did not take any intervention.Function of FMD,hemodynamics and the number of circulating EPCs was measured for all subjects every 4 weeks,the proliferation and migration function of EPCs were measured before and after the intervention.Results:After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,FMD in the exercise group(8.3%±1.4%)was significantly higher than that before the intervention(7.2%±1.6%),there was no significant difference between the two groups,the indexes of hemodynamics include peak systolic velocity,resistive index,pulsatility index and wall shear stress were improved in the exercise group,which was more significantly better than that in the control group.The number of circulating EPCs in exercise group(0.038%±0.015%)was significantly higher than that before intervention(0.023%±0.016%).The ability of proliferation(pre 0.32±0.08,after 0.51±0.12,P<0.05)and migration(pre 10±2,after 16±4,P<0.05)of EPCs were significantly increased.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the change of number of FMD and EPCs(r=0.198,P=0.498).Conclusions:Twelve weeks of moderate intensity aerobic exercise improves vascular endothelial function,hemodynamics,the basal level of circulating EPCs and its proliferation and migration function in postmenopausal women.
