我国“体旅文商农”产业融合发展的内在逻辑、作用机制与优化路径

摘　　要：“体旅文商农”产业融合发展是新时代产业发展的新趋势与新现象。“体旅文商农”产业融合发展的内在逻辑在于:技术创新和技术标准化是“体旅文商农”产业融合的技术逻辑,资产通用性增强和产业创新升级是“体旅文商农”产业融合的产业逻辑,需求结构的高级化和市场需求复合化是“体旅文商农”产业融合的需求逻辑。研究基于政府规制视角,提出“体旅文商农”产业融合发展的企业技术创新机制、产业政策激励机制与消费需求促进机制三大主要作用机制,以及创新组织机构设立模式、创新政策指导、创新人才机制、创新实践载体、创新服务平台五大优化路径。The integration of sports,tourism,culture,commerce and agriculture is a new trend and phenomenon of the industrial development in the new era.The inner logic of integrated development of sports,tourism,culture,commerce and agriculture lies in that technical innovation and technical standardization are the technical logic of integration,the enhancement of asset commonality and industrial innovation and upgrading are the industrial logic of the integration,and the advanced demand structure and the combination of market demand are the logic of the integration.Based on the perspective of government regulation,this study puts forward three action mechanisms:Enterprise technology innovation,industrial policy incentive and consumption demand promotion for the integration and five optimization paths which are innovate organization establishment mode,innovate policy guidance,innovate talent mechanism,innovate practice carrier and innovate service platform.
