苯磺酸氨氯地平片对高龄高血压患者肾功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:分析高龄高血压患者使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗后,对患者肾功能、血压控制水平的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年5月中国地质大学(武汉)医院收治的高龄高血压患者作为研究对象,共100例。均采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对比患者治疗前后的肾功能、血压情况。结果:治疗后尿微量白蛋白、血尿β_(2)-微球蛋白及尿β_(2)-微球蛋白指标指低于治疗前,部分患者达到了正常范围,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者降压的治疗总有效率为97.00%。结论:采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗高龄高血压患者,可控制血压,降低肾脏高灌注、高滤过所带来的损伤,有助于保护高血压患者的肾功能,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To analyze the influence of amlodipine besylate tablets on renal function and blood pressure control ofelderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to China University ofGeosciences(Wuhan) Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated withamlodipine besylate tablets.The patient’s renal function and blood pressure were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,urinary microalbumin,blood and urinary β_(2)-microglobulin and urinary β_(2)-microglobulin indexes were lower thanthose before treatment,and some patients reached the normal range.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The totaleffective rate of antihypertensive treatment in the patients was 97%.Conclusion:The use of amlodipine besylate tablets in elderlypatients with hypertension can control the blood pressure,reduce the damage caused by renal hyperperfusion and high filtration,and help protect the renal function of hypertensive patients,which has clinical popularization value.
