子宫内放置曼月乐节育环治疗子宫肌腺症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察曼月乐节育环治疗子宫肌腺症的疗效。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月就诊于江阴市妇幼保健院的子宫肌腺症患者98例。根据治疗方法差不同分组,观察组50例,采用曼月乐节育环治疗;对照组48例,给予米非司酮治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、激素水平及月经、性生活质量等。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组促甲状腺素、泌乳素、睾酮、促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素及雌二醇均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组月经失血图评分法评分、视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组性欲、性高潮、性行为及性心理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曼月乐节育环治疗子宫肌腺症效果良好,可改善卵巢功能,提高性生活质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Mirena intrauterine contraceptive device in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with adenomyosis who were treated in Jiangyin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February2020 to February 2021 were selected.According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into groups.The 50 cases inthe observation group were treated with Mirena intrauterine contraceptive device;and 48 cases in the control group were treatedwith mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,hormone levels,menstruation,and sexual life quality were compared between the twogroups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thyrotropin,prolactin,testosterone,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual blood loss chart score and visual analog scale score in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the scores of sexual desire,orgasm,sexual behavior and sexual psychology in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Mirena intrauterinecontraceptive device has a good effect in the treatment of adenomyosis,which can improve ovarian function and improve the qualityof sexual life.
