西地那非联合多巴胺治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析新生儿持续肺动脉高压给予枸橼酸西地那非片联合多巴胺治疗的效果及对血清炎性因子水平产生的影响。方法:选择2019年8月-2021年3月成武县人民医院诊治的68例新生儿持续肺动脉高压患儿作为研究对象,采用区组随机分组法将患儿分为两组,各34例。常规组接受多巴胺治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予枸橼酸西地那非片治疗。对比两组血清炎性因子水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-10低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸西地那非片联合多巴胺治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压能有效降低患儿血清炎性因子水平,提高综合疗效。Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of sildenafil citrate tablets plus dopamine on persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 68 neonates with persistent pulmonary hypertension diagnosed and treated in Chengwu County People’s Hospital from August 2019 to March 2021were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into two groups by the random block grouping method,with 34cases in each group.The conventional group received dopamine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with sildenafil citrate tablets on the basis of the conventional group.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-10 in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sildenafil citrate tablets plus dopamine in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborns can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in children and improve the comprehensive efficacy.
