布地奈德联合氯雷他定治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析布地奈德联合氯雷他定治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月滕州市东郭中心卫生院上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者80例,随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。常规组的患者给予布地奈德治疗,试验组在给予布地奈德治疗基础上给予氯雷他定治疗。比较两组患者治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,咳嗽症状积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组超敏C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α及咳嗽症状积分均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合氯雷他定治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果确切,可改善相关症状和控制机体的炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide combined with loratadine in the treatment of cough after upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cough after upper respiratory tract infection in Tengzhou City Dongguo Town Health Center from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with budesonide,and those in the experimental group were treated with loratadine on the basis of budesonide treatment.The levels of highsensitivity C-reactive protein,serum procalcitonin and tumor necrosis factor-α,cough symptom scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum procalcitonin,tumor necrosis factor-α,and cough symptom scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of budesonide and loratadine is effective in treating cough after upper respiratory tract infection,which can improve related symptoms and control inflammation in the body.
