摘　　要：目的:分析针刺加穴位注射联合腰椎牵引对腰椎间盘突出的疗效。方法:选取2019年1-12月北京中医药大学深圳医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者84例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成为两组,各42例。对照组予以腰椎牵引;观察组在对照组的治疗上加以针刺和穴位注射。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后视觉模拟评分及腰部功能障碍评分情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者视觉模拟评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腰部功能障碍评分较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腰部功能障碍评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加穴位注射和腰椎牵引对腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,能改善患者的功能障碍,减轻其疼痛程度。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture,acupoint injection and lumbar traction in treating lumbar discherniation.Methods:A total of 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of BeijingUniversity of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided intotwo groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given lumbartraction;the observation group was given acupuncture and acupoint injection in addition to the treatment of the control group.Thetreatment effective rate,visual analogue scale score and lumbar dysfunction score before and after treatment were comparedbetween the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the twogroups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visualanalogue scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The lumbar dysfunction scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lumbar dysfunction scores in the observation group were lower than those inthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture,acupoint injection andlumbar traction is definitely effective in treating lumbar disc herniation,it can relieve the functional disorder and alleviate pain degree.
