清热缩宫汤治疗血热型产后恶露不绝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热缩宫汤对于血热型产后恶露不绝患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月山东省济南市第二妇幼保健医院血热型产后恶露不绝产妇286例为研究对象,随机单盲分为治疗组(150例)及对照组(136例)。治疗组口服清热缩宫汤,对照组口服益母草颗粒加头孢氨苄片。比较两组症状改善情况、治疗前后子宫体积变化及治疗后阴道出血停止时间。结果:经过1周治疗,治疗组症状改善总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组子宫体积小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组阴道出血停止时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热缩宫汤治疗产后恶露不绝临床效果好,能加速子宫复旧,尽快恢复子宫体积,缩短阴道止血时间,对整体康复有效大帮助。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Suogong Decoction in the patients with blood-heat type postpartum lochia.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2019,286 patients with blood-heat type postpartum lochia in The Second Children and Women’s Health Care of Jinan City were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into treatment group(150 cases) and control group(136 cases) according to single blind method.The treatment group was given Qingre Suogong Decoction orally,while the control group was given Motherwort Granules and Cefalexin Tablets orally.The symptom improvement,uterine volume change before and after treatment,and vaginal bleeding stop time were compared between the two groups.Results:After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of symptom improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal bleeding stop time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Suogong Decoction is clinically effective in treating postpartum lochia.It can speed up the involution of the uterus,restore the volume of the uterus as soon as possible,shorten the time for vaginal bleeding,and be of great help to the overall recovery.
