摘　　要：目的:探讨ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪在血型检测中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-5月溧阳市人民医院输血科的200例患者血型样本,利用全自动血型仪、玻片法与试管法进行血型正定型检测,比较三种检测方法最终结果,鉴定所用时间,对仪器检测进行无法正确判读结果分析。结果:对200例血型标本采用三种检测方法,其Kappa=1.0(Kappa>0.75),表明上述检测高度一致;仪器法血型鉴定试验中检测200例样本的共用时间和平均时间少于玻片法和试管法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);200例患者仪器法一次性正确判读率为97.00%(194/200)。结论:ORTHO Auto Vue Innova全自动血型仪检测与传统经典手工检测一致性高,结果准确可靠,且实现了规范化和标准化的实验操作,人为因素影响明显降低,可以长期保存检测结果,有利于后期查询和医疗举证。Objective:To explore the application effect of ORTHO Auto Vue Innova automatic blood type analyzer in blood type detection.Methods:From January 2020 to May 2020,200 patients’ blood samples were selected from the Blood Transfusion Department of Liyang People’s Hospital.The automatic blood type analyzer,slide method and test tube method were used for positive typing of blood type.The final results of these three methods were compared,the time used was identified,and the results that cannot be accurately interpreted by instrumental method were analyzed.Results:The 200 blood samples were subject to three detection methods,with a Kappa = 1.0(Kappa>0.75),indicating that the three methods were highly consistent.The common time and average time of instrumental method for blood type detection of 200 samples were shorter than those of the slide method and the test tube method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The one-time correct interpretation rate of the instrument method in 200 patients was 97.00%(194/200).Conclusion:ORTHO Auto Vue Innova automatic blood type analyzer has a high consistency with the traditional manual detection method,the results are accurate and reliable,and the normalized and standardized experimental operations are realized,the influence of human errors is greatly reduced,and the test results can be stored for a long term,which is helpful for later query and medical proof.
