我国市售膨化猫粮的营养指标、卫生指标与零售价格的相关性分析

摘　　要：为调研市售不同品牌和价位的膨化猫粮卫生指标和营养指标并研究它们和产品售价间的联系。本研究参照《宠物饲料卫生规定》和国标GB/T 31217-2014要求,对主流电商平台上售卖的48款不同品牌和价位的膨化猫粮进行抽样,检测其29项卫生指标、8项营养指标并进行相关性分析。结果表明,我国膨化猫粮卫生指标总体良好,但有2个样品铬含量严重超标,1个样品氰化物含量接近50 mg/kg的限量要求。营养物质的检测结果发现,粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量、粗纤维含量、灰分含量和牛磺酸含量的合格率分别为:89.6%、97.9%、91.7%、87.5%、97.9%。该结果说明部分宠物饲料生产企业在营养指标合规方面仍需要努力,相关分析表明市售膨化猫粮售价过于低廉的猫粮存在一定风险。To investigate the hygienic and nutritional indicators of puffed cat food of different brands and prices on the market,and to study the relationship between them and the price of the product.Referring to the"Pet Feed Hygiene Regulations"and the national standard GB/T 31217-2014,this study sampled 48 types of puffed cat food of different brands and prices sold on mainstream e-commerce platforms,and tested its 29 health indicators and 8nutrition items.indicators and perform correlation analysis.The results showed that the hygienic indicators of puffed cat food in my country were generally good,but the chromium content of two samples exceeded the standard seriously,and the cyanide content of one sample was close to the limit requirement of 50 mg/kg.The test results of nutrients found that the qualified rates of crude protein content,crude fat content,crude fiber content,ash content and taurine content were 89.6%,97.9%,91.7%,87.5%,and 97.9%,respectively.This result shows that some pet feed manufacturers still need to work hard in compliance with nutritional indicators.The relevant analysis shows that there is a certain risk of cat food with too low price of puffed cat food on the market.
