摘　　要：随着时代的发展,人们在出行时大部分都会选择较为方便的汽车,于是汽车在款式和性能上都在不断地进行着升级。汽车的款式和类型不断地多了起来,就使得汽车的售后部分也开始出现供不应求的状况,这时就出现了大批量汽车维修与服务专业人才的缺失,导致我国在汽车维修与服务方面的售后情况也一直无法得到完善,该文针对汽车维修与服务专业群和师资力量在建设时存在的问题和解决方案进行了研究,希望为我国汽车维修与服务专业师资力量的建设提供一定的参考价值。With the development of The Times,most people will choose a more convenient car when traveling,so the car in the style and performance are constantly upgrading.As the styles and types of cars continue to increase,the after-sales parts of cars begin to fall short of demand.At this time,there is a shortage of professional talents in automobile maintenance and service,which leads to the after-sales situation of automobile maintenance and service in China has been unable to be improved.This paper studies the problems and solutions existing in the construction of automobile maintenance and service professional group and teachers,hoping to provide some reference value for the construction of automobile maintenance and service professional teachers in China.
