摘　　要：目前,中国二手车交易呈逐年大幅增加的趋势,随着经济的发展及新车技术的不断进步,车主換车的频率将会相应增大,这将给中国二手车市场带来发展机遇,但是在二手车交易过程中,如何准确评估二手车的价值,将关乎二手车市场未来的发展。该文以二手车价值评估方法中的重置成本法为切入点,对二手车成新率的计算选取分析探讨。At present,the second-hand car transaction in China is increasing significantly year by year.With the development of the economy and the continuous progress of new car technology,the frequency of car owners will increase accordingly,which will bring development opportunities to the second-hand car market in China.However,in the process of second-hand car trading,how to accurately assess the value of second-hand cars will be related to the future development of the second-hand car market.This paper takes the replacement cost method in the value evaluation method of used cars as the starting point,and discusses the calculation and selection of the second-hand car replacement rate.
