价值工程在零部件采购成本中运用的研究

摘　　要：该文以目前汽车行业成本竞争力为前提,分析汽车成本中零部件开发成本的重要性,以降低成本为突破口引入价值工程的理念,说明引用价值工程的必要性和重要意义。随即阐述了价值工程的定义、原理及思维方法,并对价值工程的工作程序做了简要介绍。最后,结合技术中心动力研究院采购实际工作,根据零部件开发实际案例的分析,阐述价值工程在零部件开发采购成本中的实际应用。This paper firstly analyzes the importance of developing cost of components in the automotive industry based on the current cost competitiveness,and it introduces the concept of value engineering in order to reduce the cost,and explain the necessity and important significance of reference value engineering.It has very important practical significance that it combined the practical work of JAC Technology Center in purchasing.At last,it elaborates the application of the value engineering in the development of parts procurement costs under the analysis of actual situation.
