摘  要:当前,汽车市场火爆,国内的汽车技术科研工作也在深入开展,国产汽车生产水平不断提升,我国的汽车生产核心技术越来越多,对于国外汽车先进生产技术的依赖性也在不断降低,但是总体来看,进口汽车技术依然领先国内,具有明显的竞争优势,国产汽车要想扭转这种局面,重点需要从变速箱以及发动机技术研究出发。新时期,国产汽车要加速自身技术改良,需要把握变速箱新理念和新技术,逐步实现轻量化、简单化以及性能优化等技术要求。基于汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术研究,相关技术水平显著提升,客户对于国产汽车生产技术也越来越信赖。该文介绍了汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术,研究自动化装配技术生产线情况,并探究汽车发动机和变速箱自动化装配技术的发展趋势。At present,the automobile market is booming,the domestic automobile technology research work is also in-depth development,the domestic automobile production level is constantly improving,the core technology of automobile production in my country is increasing,and the dependence on foreign automobile advanced production technology is also decreasing.However,in general,imported automobile technology is still ahead of the domestic market and has obvious competitive advantages.If domestic automobiles want to reverse this situation,the focus needs to start from the research of gearbox and engine technology.In the new era,if domestic automobiles want to accelerate their own technological improvement,they need to grasp the new concepts and new technologies of gearboxes,and gradually realize technical requirements such as light weight,simplification and performance optimization.Based on the research on automatic assembly technology of automobile engines and transmissions,the level of related technologies has been significantly improved,and customers have become more and more trusting of domestic automobile production technology.This paper introduces the automatic assembly technology of automobile engine and transmission,studies the production line of automatic assembly technology,and explores the development trend of automatic assembly technology of automobile engine and transmission.
