摘　　要：随着国六排放法规的到来,对重型柴油机发动机排放要求愈加严格,固体悬浮颗粒数量的PN值也成为了新法规重要考核要求。基于最新国六排放标准,柴油机开式曲轴箱通风系统是影响PN值的重要因素,而油气分离器作为曲轴箱通风系统的核心部件,其分离效率的优劣直接影响PN值的检测结果,该文介绍用油气分离效率专用试验设备测试同一发动机在不同油气分离效率条件下的对应的PN值,研究油气分离效率对PN值的影响。With the advent of the National VI emission regulations,the emission requirements for heavy-duty diesel engines have become more and more stringent,and the PN value of the number of solid suspended particles has also become an important assessment requirement of the new regulations.Based on the latest China VI emission standards,the diesel engine open crankcase ventilation system is an important factor affecting the PN value,and the oil and gas separator is the core component of the crankcase ventilation system,and its separation efficiency directly affects the detection results of the PN value.This paper The special test equipment for oil and gas separation efficiency is introduced to test the corresponding PN value of the same engine under different oil and gas separation efficiency conditions,and to study the influence of oil and gas separation efficiency on the PN value.
