摘 要:串联电池组单体电量不一致导致的电池组容量衰减和功率衰退危害电池组使用安全,因此对电池组进行有效的电量均衡管理至关重要。为了解决串联电池组均衡时能量转移效率低的问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的电量均衡控制方法。根据均衡拓扑列写均衡能量转移方程,以均衡能耗为优化目标建立能量优化模型,利用遗传算法求解最优均衡路径并确定每个电池的均衡转移电量,从而实现电池组可用容量的提升。最后,实验结果表明均衡后电池组内单体电量差异由8%减少到1.7%,与传统电量均值作为目标的方法相比,均衡时间减少了29.4%,电池组可用容量提升了8.3%。The inconsistent charge of the single battery pack in series will lead to the reduction of pack capacity and power,which endanger the use safety of the battery pack,so it is very necessary to carry out the efficient charge balance management for the battery pack.In order to solve the problem of low energy transfer efficiency during the equalization,a charge balance method based on genetic algorithm is proposed.The energy transfer equation based on the equalization topology is written.The energy optimization model is established by taking the energy consumption as the optimization goal.The genetic algorithm is utilized to solve the optimal equilibrium path and determine the equilibrium transfer power of each battery.So the available battery pack capacity is increased.Finally,the experimental results show that the difference of charge after the equalization in the battery pack is reduced from 8% to 1.7%.Compared with the traditional average charge method,the equalization time is reduced by 29.4% and the available capacity of the battery pack is increased by 8.3%.
