摘  要:在水温(8.0±0.5)℃下,将体质量2~8 g的短须裂腹鱼(Schizothorax wangchiachii)和丁鱥(Tinca tinca)置于钢化水桶(r_(1)=13 cm,r_(2)=10 cm,h=40 cm,水体积15 L)中,水中由CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O(AR)配制硫酸铜浓度为7.134 mg/L,研究不同规格短须裂腹鱼和丁鱥苗对常用浓度硫酸铜毒性的耐受性。结果表明:试验3 h内未见鱼苗中毒症状,4 h内中毒鱼苗可在清水内完成恢复,6 h内无鱼苗死亡;6.7 h时最小规格短须裂腹鱼组出现首尾死亡,而后其他规格组依次相继死亡,至13.7 h短须裂腹鱼各组均出现死亡;15.7 h时最小规格丁鱥苗组出现死亡,而后其他规格组依次相继出现死亡,至22.6 h丁鱥各组均出现死亡。短须裂腹鱼和丁鱥体质量与常用浓度硫酸铜毒性耐受性有较为明显的数量关系,开始出现死亡时间与对应鱼体质量的回归方程分别为:y=4.2239e^(0.1579x)(R^(2)=0.966)和y=13.38e^(0.0671x)(R^(2)=0.938);全部死亡时间与鱼体质量的回归方程分别为:y=4.8144ln(x)+7.5051(R^(2)=0.817)和y=24.51e^(0.0158x)(R^(2)=0.804);半致死时间与对应鱼体质量的回归方程分别为:y=6.0488e^(0.1339x)(R^(2)=0.961)和y=20.684e^(0.0322x)(R^(2)=0.972)。分析比较可知,短须裂腹鱼和丁鱥对常用浓度硫酸铜毒性耐受性均随规格提高而增强,但短须裂腹鱼的耐受性远低于同规格丁鱥。Juvenile Schizothorax wangchiachii and Tinca tinca with body weight ranging from 2.0 g to 8.0 g in a 15 L bucket(r_(1)=13 cm,r_(2)=10 cm,h=40 cm)were exposed to copper sulfate concentration of 7.134 mg/L prepared from CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O(AR)at water temperature of(8.0±0.5)℃to investigating the tolerance of different specifications of S wangchiachii and T.tinca juveniles to conventional concentrations of copper sulfate.It was found that no intoxication was observed in the fish within 3 h in the test,and that the fish would recovered absolutely in clear water in 4 h,without dead within 6 h in the test.The dead was first found in the smallest S.wangchiachii in 6.7 h in the test and then appeared in other groups in the turn of body weight increasing,death appeared in all S.wangchiachii groups in13.7 h in the test.The death was observed in the smallest T.tinca in 15.7 h in the test,and then found in other groups orderly in the turn of body weight increasing,death appeared in all T.tinca groups in 22.6 h in the test.The toxicity tolerance of S.wangchiachii and T.tinca to conventional concentration of copper sulfate were shown to be correlated significantly with their body weight.The regression equation between the onset time of death and body weight was described as y=4.2239e^(0.1579x)(R^(2)=0.966)in S.wangchiachii and y=13.38e^(0.0671x)(R^(2)=0.938)in T.tinca.The regression equations between the time of all dead and body weight was expressed as y=4.8144ln(x)+7.5051(R^(2)=0.817)in S.wangchiachii and y=24.51e^(0.0158x)(R^(2)=0.804)in T.tinca.The regression equations between the half lethal time and body weight was described as y=6.0488e^(0.1339x)(R^(2)=0.961)in S.wangchiachii and y=20.684e^(0.0322x)(R^(2)=0.972)in T.tinca.The findings indicated that the toxicity tolerance of S.wangchiachii and T.tinca to conventional concentrations of copper sulfate enhanced with increase in body weight,far lower in S.wangchiachii than that in the same size T.tinca.
