摘　　要：2020年刀鲚(Coilia nasus)繁殖高峰期4—6月,在鄱阳湖湖口县、濂溪区、庐山市、都昌县和永修县等水域设调查区,用网目约2 cm的单层丝网(网长约300 m,网宽约1 m,每次捕捞约10 h/网次)获得909尾鄱阳湖刀鲚样本,测量分析刀鲚的生长和繁殖生物学特征。结果显示:鄱阳湖刀鲚平均体长为(26.2±3.0)cm,平均体质量为(55.6±26.2)g,平均丰满度为(0.29±0.06)(0.08~1.35),体长和体质量关系式W=0.0007L^(3.4416)(R^(2)=0.872)。禁捕后鄱阳湖刀鲚体长、体质量均有所增加,说明禁捕对鄱阳湖刀鲚资源量的恢复有一定促进作用,但与历史资料相比,刀鲚个体小型化仍然明显。关于禁捕后鄱阳湖刀鲚资源的恢复情况,仍需长期跟踪监测和评估。The reproductive biological characteristics and distribution of breeding populations of tapertail anchovy(Coilia nasus)were analyzed by 909 samples collected from the waters of Hukou County,Lianxi District,Lushan City,Duchang County and Yongxiu County in Poyang Lake.The specimens were sampled by single layer gillnets with 300 m in length,1 m in depth,and net mesh in 2 cm,each sampling time was about 10 h.Samplings were conducted during the peak breeding season from April to June in 2020 in order to analyze the biological characteristics of the breeding population in Poyang Lake after ban fishing.Research found that the tapertail anchovy had average body length of(26.2±3.0)cm,body weight of(55.6±26.2)g,condition factor of(0.29±0.06)(0.08~1.35),with the relationship between body length(L)and body weight(W)as W=0.0007L^(3.4416)(R^(2)=0.872).The body length and body weight of tapertail anchovy were shown to be increased in Poyang Lake after the ban on fishing,indicating that the ban has a certain rehabilitation effect on the recovery of tapertail anchovy resources in Poyang Lake.However,if compared with that of the historical data,the individual size of tapertail anchovy is still significantly smaller.The recovery of tapertail anchovy resources in Poyang Lake still requires long-term follow-up monitoring to evaluate the recovery effects.
