摘  要:通过2个投喂试验研究了希瓦氏菌制剂Shewanella sp.(WA64)和Shewanella sp.(WA65)对皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)幼鲍存活和生长的益生作用。在水温(17±2)℃的饵料转换期,将壳长(0.35±0.09)cm的皱纹盘鲍幼鲍饲养在8 m(长)×1.3 m(宽)的培育池中,分别投喂人工饵料(A组,对照组)、添加低(B组,10^(7) cells/g饵料)、中(C组,10^(8) cells/g饵料)和高(D组,10^(9) cells/g饵料)剂量复合菌苔制剂的饵料,E组添加中剂量复合菌液制剂饵料。日流水量为4倍饲育水体,每日投饵一次,常规管理。饲养56 d时,统计各池中壳长0.9 cm以上幼鲍的数量。在水温15.8~23.2℃的高温期过后期,将壳长(2.13±0.22)cm、体质量1.24 g的皱纹盘鲍幼鲍饲养在上述规格培育池中,分别投喂人工饵料和添加WA64和WA65菌苔制剂人工饵料(10^(8) cells/g饵料)。日流水量为3~5倍饲育水体,每日投饵一次。饲养67 d,统计各池中鲍苗的产量、数量及壳长2.2 cm以上幼鲍数量和壳长。结果表明,饵料转换期,摄食添加希瓦氏菌饵料的壳长0.9 cm以上幼鲍的数量均多于未添加菌剂的对照组,其中添加10^(7) cells/g和10^(8) cells/g希瓦氏菌菌苔制剂组分别比对照组高33.5%和31.6%;各实验组间幼鲍的死亡率没有明显差异(P>0.05)。高温期过后时期,饵料中添加10^(8) cells/g菌苔组壳长2.2 cm以上幼鲍数量、成活率和壳长均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验结果表明,饵料中添加希瓦氏菌对饵料转换期和高温期过后时期皱纹盘鲍幼鲍具有益生作用。Two feeding trails were conducted to investigate probiotics effects of compound preparations of Shewanella sp.(WA64)and Shewanella sp.(WA65)on survival and growth in juvenile disk abalone Haliotis discus hannai.In the first trail,juvenile disk abalone with shell length of(0.35±0.09)cm was reared in an 8 m long×1.3 m wide breeding pond at daily water exchange rate of 4 times,and fed formulated diet(group A,control group)and the formulated diet supplemented with compound WA64 and WA65 at low(group B,107 cells/g feed)medium(group C,108 cells/g feed)and high(group D,109 cells/g feed)doses,and the formulated diet supplemented with fluid WA64 and WA65(group E)at medium(108 cells/g feed)dose once a day during the food conversion period at water temperature of(17±2)℃for 56 d when the juveniles with shell length of 0.9 cm or more were accounted in each pond.In the second trail,juvenile disk abalone with shell length of(2.13±0.22)cm and body weight of 1.24 g was raised in the above-mentioned breeding ponds,and fed formulated diet and the formulated diet supplemented with compound WA64 and WA65 at dose of 108 cells/g feed once a day after the high temperature period of 15.8~23.2℃for 67 d at daily water exchange of 3 to 5 times,when the juveniles with shell length of above 2.2 cm or more were accounted in each pond.It was found that there were more disk abalone juveniles with shell length of≥0.9 cm in the treatment groups supplemented with WA64 and WA65 than that in the control group in the experiment beginning from the food conversion period,33.5%higher in 107 cells/g group and 31.6%higher in 108 cells/g group than that in the control group significantly(P<0.05),without significant difference in mortality among all the groups(P>0.05).The juvenile disk abalone fed the diets supplemented with WA64 and WA65 had significantly higher survival rate,and more juveniles with shell length of≥2.2 cm than the juvenile disk abalone in the control group did(P<0.05).The findings indicated that the compound preparations of WA64
