摘  要:对重型卡车车桥主减速器用可压缩隔套产品制造工艺的研究,通过对产品技术要求分析,提出可压缩隔套胀形工艺流程。结合胀形工艺参数给出胚料的下料尺寸,设计专用胀形模具,对凸凹模尺寸设计、热处理要求进行研究,选择适合的弹性体材料提高生产效率及产品合格率。通过增加胚料车削工艺使产品工作特性曲线更平稳,产品一致性有较大提升。In this paper,the manufacturing technology of compressible spacer for main reducer of heavy truck axle is studied.Through analyzing the technical requirements of the product,the technological process of bulging of compressible spacer is put forward.Combined with the bulging process parameters,the blanking size of the embryo material is given,the special bulging die is designed,the size design of the convex and concave die and the heat treatment requirements are studied,and the suitable elastic material is selected to improve the production efficiency and the qualified rate of the product.The working characteristic curve of the product is more stable and the consistency of the product is greatly improved by adding the turning technology of the blank material.
