摘　　要：汽车腐蚀试验有盐雾试验,循环腐蚀试验,整车道路强化腐蚀试验,加速模拟大气腐蚀试验是一种特殊的循环腐蚀试验,通过模拟零部件户外的干湿状态,在适当的温度湿度下加速腐蚀过程。本文通过几种样品在该试验中的腐蚀表现以及与对应的整车道路强化腐蚀试验的对比来对该试验方法进行探讨。该试验方法能够提供较准确的零部件设计指导。Crrosion test of vehical include salt spray tests,cycle corrosion test and complete vehicle corrosion test,cycle atmospheric corrosion test is a special kind of cycle corrosion test,By simulating parts outdoor wet state,under the high temperature high humidity accelerated corrosion process.Based on the corrosion performance of two kinds of samples in the experiment,and compared with the complete vehicle corrosion test to discuss this test methods.This test method can provide more accurate guidance for parts designers.
