摘　　要：本文通过介绍汽车刮水器总成在产品开发过程中的试验方法,简要分析汽车刮水器的失效模式及刮刷性能评价。随着时代的发展,汽车已经是人们必不可少的交通工具了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,许多家庭都拥有了汽车,在实际使用过程中汽车刮水器有着重要的作用。尤其是要对失效情况和刮刷性能进行充分地分析,才能更好地促进相关技术发展。This paper introduces the test method of automobile wiper assembly in the process of product development,and briefly analyzes the failure mode and wiper performance evaluation of automobile wiper.With the development of the times,cars have become an indispensable means of transportation for people.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,many families have cars.Car wipers play an important role in the actual use process.In particular,the failure and scraping performance should be fully analyzed in order to better promote the development of relevant technologies.
