摘 要:为了解决在回采过程中大采高工作面煤壁发生片帮的现象,以某矿16001大采高综采工作面为工程研究背景,提出了新型“鱼刺状”注浆关键技术,并且利用FLAC软件模拟了在单排和双排注浆管之间的不同距离以及到顶板之间的不同距离下煤壁工作面的位移变化,得到单排和双排注浆管间以及距顶板之间的最优间距:单排注浆孔的最优水平位移间距为1.5 m,距顶板最优距离为1.5 m;双排注浆孔最优水平位移间距为1.5 m,距顶板最优距离为1.5 m和3.0 m;通过工业性试验实测发现:在煤体通过加固后在强度以及内摩擦角等方面的性质都得到了比较明显的提高,注浆孔距顶板1.5 m和3.0 m时,煤体稳定性得到明显的改善,支护效果较好。In order to solve the phenomenon of coal wall flaking in the process of large mining face, a mine 16001 large mining face as the background of engineering research, proposed a new "fish spike" grouting key technology, and use FLAC software to simulate the displacement of coal wall working face at different distances between single and double rows of grouting pipes and different distances to the roof plate. The optimal spacing between single and double rows of grouting pipes and from the roof is obtained: the optimal horizontal displacement spacing of single row of grouting holes is 1.5 m and the optimal distance from the roof is 1.5 m^(2) the optimal horizontal displacement spacing of double rows of grouting holes is 1.5 m and the optimal distance from the roof is 1.5 m and 3.0 m^(2) through industrial tests, it is found that the properties of the coal body in terms of strength and internal friction angle after reinforcement are improved. The stability of coal body is obviously improved when the grouting holes are 1.5 m and 3.0 m away from the roof plate, and the support effect is better.
