摘　　要：研制了一种摇臂高效循环润滑和冷却系统,详细介绍了系统的主要结构、工作原理和特点,该系统解决了高功率密度摇臂运行温度高和齿面润滑不良的难题,现场应用情况良好,在很大程度上提高了采煤机摇臂的可靠性。A kind of high efficient circulating lubrication and cooling system for rocker arm is developed. The main structure, working principle and characteristics of the system are introduced in detail.The system solves the problems of high operating temperature and poor lubrication of gear surface of high power density rocker arm. The field application is good, and the reliability of shearer rocker arm is greatly improved.
