摘 要:煤矿井下液压支架回撤时经常出现断绳事故、绞车拉脱、压架无法拉动等问题,并且随着综采工作面采高越来越高,液压支架的重量也越来越重,如何科学设计回撤绞车牵引力,并尽量避免断绳事故的出现,成为了一个亟待解决的问题。结合一种新型智能牵引绞车的工业性试验及其数据存储与上传功能,利用拉力计对补连塔煤矿7 m综采液压液压支架回撤牵引力进行了测量,通过与新型智能牵引绞车PLC记录数据进行对比,得出绞车记录数据修正系数,然后通过修正系数并结合现场使用情况对绞车回撤牵引力设计参数以及其中的一起断绳故障做了分析,提出了绞车使用中的改进措施,避免安全事故。During the underground hydraulic support is withdrawn in coal mining, problems such as broken rope accidents, pull-off of the winch, and inability to pull the pressure frame always happen.With the height of the fully mechanized mining face is getting higher and higher, the weight of the hydraulic support is getting heavier and heavier. It has become an urgent problem to solve that designing the traction of the draw back winch scientifically and avoiding the occurrence of broken rope accidents. Combined with the industrial test of a new intelligent traction winch and its data storage and upload function, the retraction traction of 7 m fully mechanized mining hydraulic support in Bulianta coal mine is measured by using a tension meter. By comparing with the PLC recorded data of the new intelligent traction winch, the correction coefficient of winch recorded data is obtained, then, through the correction coefficient and combined with the field application, the design parameters of drawworks retraction traction and one of the broken rope faults are analyzed, and the improvement measures in the use of drawworks are put forward to avoid safety accidents.
