摘 要:针对CMM2-12型矿用锚杆钻车钻孔过程中缺少监控情况,在已有的技术基础上,通过对钻孔监控系统进行硬件选型和软件开发设计了一套可视化锚杆钻车钻孔监控系统,最后经仿真模拟运行后,监控系统能够实时监控钻孔运行状态。本次设计有利于提高钻具的安全性能,降低操作人员的工作强度,提高钻孔质量,进而提升钻孔工作效率。In view of the lack of monitoring in the drilling process of CMM2-12 type mine anchor drill vehicle, improved the existing technology. Through the hardware selection and software development of drilling monitoring system, a set of visual monitoring system of rock bolt drilling vehicle is designed.Finally, after the simulation, the monitoring system can monitor the running status of drilling in real time. This design helps to improve the safety performance of drilling tools, reduce the operator′s work intensity, improve the quality of drilling, and then improve the efficiency of drilling.
