摘  要:变频器广泛应用于工业领域,如风机、泵类等负载拖动,船舶电力推进系统、港口提升、矿井等等方面,是应用范围最广泛的电气装备之一。变频调速技术已有大量文献论述,而工业应用中变频器与电网连接的整流部分相对论述较少。对比变频器前端采用二极管不控整流和基于IGBT的可控整流二者特性,经仿真对比,表明可控整流特性明显优于不控整流,具有谐波小,功率因数高等特点,可根据变频器应用场合适当选取。Frequency converter is widely used in industrial fields, such as fan, pump and other load drag, ship electric propulsion system, port lifting, mine and so on. It is one of the most widely used electrical equipment. The variable frequency speed regulation technology has been discussed in a large number of documents, but the rectifier part connected between the frequency converter and the power grid in industrial application is relatively less discussed. Compares the characteristics of diode uncontrolled rectifier and IGBT based controllable rectifier in the front end of the frequency converter. The simulation comparison shows that the controllable rectifier is obviously better than uncontrolled rectifier, with the characteristics of low harmonic and high power factor, which can be selected appropriately according to the application of the frequency converter.
