摘 要:通过数值模拟方法,研究了210 t铁水包静置温降过程中铁水包包盖和铁水液位对铁水温降速率的影响。模型中使用S2S辐射传热模型来考虑渣层与包盖间的辐射传热,并分析了不考虑铁水自然对流对计算结果的影响。结果表明:铁水静置过程计算中,考虑铁水自然对流现象能够明显提高铁水温度的均匀性,并提升计算结果的准确性。使用包盖能够有效减少铁水包静置过程铁水的热量散失,提高铁水的4 h静置后最终温度13℃。铁水包内铁水液位会影响静置过程中铁水温降速率,液位降低会增加铁水温降速度。The influence of lid and liquid level on molten iron temperature drop rate during holding period was investigated by numerical simulation in 210 t hot metal ladle.Surface to surface radiation model was involved to simulate the heat transfer between lid and slag.The simulation without considering molten iron natural convection was also analyzed.The results show that considering the natural convection of molten iron can significantly improve the uniformity of molten iron temperature and the accuracy of calculation results.The use of lid can effectively reduce the heat loss of molten iron in the process of molten iron ladle holding period,and improve the final temperature of molten iron after holding period of 4 h by 13 ℃.The liquid level will influence the temperature drop of molten iron,and the decrease of liquid level will increase the temperature drop rate of molten iron.
