海事法院在服务保障国家海洋强国建设中的守正创新

摘　　要：海事法院应当发挥专门法院优势,努力保障国家海洋强国战略落地实施,用心服务国家海洋强国建设新征程,坚决做到依法履职、恪尽职守,同时又要做到与时俱进、主动作为、守正创新。广州海事法院充分利用地处粤港澳大湾区的区位优势,依法积极管辖海事案件,坚决维护和宣示国家领土主权;充分利用平行诉讼规则,坚决捍卫国家司法主权和尊严;公正审理海洋环境案件,依法加强海洋生态圈保护力度;主动实施审理精品战略,不断增强海事司法国际影响力;积极拓展司法公开方式,不断提升海事司法国际公信力。广州海事法院的上述举措,是近年来守正创新的初步探索和实践总结,希望为全国其他海事法院提供些许参考,为中国海事司法发展作出应有贡献。Guangzhou Maritime Court is located in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.It has made outstanding achievements in giving full play to the advantages of specialized courts and serving the national strategy of becoming a maritime power.Exercise jurisdiction over cases according to law,safeguard China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests,and safeguard the authority and dignity of China's maritime justice.With the practice of fair trial,we should actively promote the construction of China's maritime parallel litigation system and protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese parties.We will strictly protect the marine environment and fairly try public interest litigation cases involving marine natural resources and the ecological environment.Through the refined trial of maritime cases,China's maritime judicial experience will be announced,and China's voice and influence in the formulation of international maritime judicial rules will be enhanced.The openness of judicature will be internationalized to enhance the international credibility of China's maritime justice.
