摘　　要：基于中国健康与养老追踪调查2018年数据,采用倾向得分匹配方法,研究互联网使用对城乡老年人健康的影响。通过抑郁指数、自评健康、就医行为和就医支出四个指标来衡量老年人健康状况。研究表明:互联网使用对农村老年人和城市老年人的自评健康和精神健康均有显著的提升作用,且对农村老年人的影响大于对城市老年人的影响;互联网使用对老年人就医行为的影响存在城乡差异,使用互联网会显著增加城市老年人的就医行为,而对农村老年人就医行为的影响则不显著;互联网使用增加了城市老年人的就医支出,减少了农村老年人的就医支出,然而无论对城市老年人还是对农村老年人就医支出的影响均不显著。总体而言,相比较城市老年人,互联网使用对农村老年人的健康具有更强的促进作用。建议:推进农村地区基础通信设施建设,开发适合老年群体互联网接入的电子产品,开展老年人互联网使用培训,让农村老年人享受互联网带来的红利,为农村地区发展智慧养老奠定基础。This paper used data from the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS) and propensity score matching(PSM) to study the impact of Internet use on senior health in rural and urban China.The health status of older people was measured through four indicators:depression,self-rated health,health seeking behavior and healthcare cost.It is found that Internet use has a positive and significant effect on the self-rated health and mental health of older adults in both urban and rural areas,and the effect on the rural elderly is greater than on the urban elderly.In addition,Internet use has somewhat different effects on health seeking behaviors of the elderly in rural and urban areas.While Internet use significantly increases such behaviors of the urban elderly,its effect on the rural elderly is not significant.Finally,Internet use increases medical expenditures of the urban elderly and decreases that of the rural elderly,but this influence is statistically insignificant in both areas.After all,Internet use has a larger positive effect on senior health in rural areas than in urban areas.Therefore it is suggested the basic Internet infrastructure in rural areas be built,digital services and relevant trainings for the rural elderly be developed to ensure that the rural elderly can benefit from the Internet,and lay the foundation for smart eldercare in rural China.
