摘　　要：高校学生党员是学生中的骨干分子,学生党员队伍建设是高校党组织建设的基础工程。江西工业职业技术学院从思想政治、专业学习、服务实践、民主评议、文明修身等方面着手,构建了学生党员发展质量的动态量化五维考核体系,将以主观评价为主的考核转变为以标准量化为主的客观积分考核,进一步提高了大学生党员发展质量。Student Party members are the backbone of students in colleges and universities, and the construction of student Party members is the basic project of Party organization construction in colleges and universities. Jiangxi Industry Polytechnic College has built a dynamic quantitative five-dimensional assessment system for the development quality of student Party members from the aspects of ideology and politics, professional learning, service practice, democratic evaluation, and civilized self-cultivation. The assessment based on subjective evaluation is transformed to be a point-based objective assessment based on standard quantification, which further improves the development quality of students Party members in colleges and universities.
