摘　　要：在国家全力推进高等教育“质量革命”的背景下,经济法作为经管类专业的基础课程,有必要积极探索教学模式创新。经济法课程组基于OBE导向的翻转课堂教学模式创新,凸显以学生为中心、方法论思维与运用能力培养,有效解决了教学过程中长期存在的痛点问题,明显提升了学生的自主学习能力与专业实践能力。同时,在教学创新过程中融入思政教育,实现了思政教育与专业教育的有机统一,为高校依托教学创新提升教学质量提供了参考。Under the background of promoting the“quality revolution”of higher education, it is necessary to actively explore and innovate the teaching mode of Economic Law as the basic course of economics and management. Based on the OBE-oriented flipped classroom teaching mode innovation, the Economic Law curriculum group highlights the student-centered cultivation of methodological thinking and application ability. Through systematic training for students to solve complex legal problems of economics and management majors, it significantly improves students’ autonomous learning and professional practice ability. At the same time, it integrates ideological and political education in the process of teaching innovation to achieve the organic unity of ideological and political education and professional education, in order to provide reference for colleges and universities to improve teaching quality relying on teaching innovation.
